As the Director of Marketing and Production for the in-house Marketing-Communications team, I led efforts to drive awareness and registrations for Rice's annual homecoming weekend event and increase donations for the corresponding reunion fundraising campaign. In addition to producing a suite of content across multiple outlets and overseeing a tight production schedule, I spearheaded our segmentation strategy, helped activate a new third-party registration platform and collaborated on a unique branding approach that utilized artwork from an outsourced illustrator.
During this period, our email marketing specialist was out on leave, so I had to jump in to build and send fundraising emails as well. I also served as the Marketing-Communications team liaison with parters across campus, attending regular meetings and relaying pertinent information and status updates. It was a truly collaborative effort with several stakeholders and moving parts, but our efforts ultimately resulted in record-breaking registration and fundraising numbers.
Rice Annual Fund Socks Campaign
I led the charge to bring a fresh look and approach to Rice's annual sock campaign. I collaborated with the team's graphic designer, web developer, email designer and social media specialist to help guide a multi-faceted approach to drive donations and participation across all the organization's digital and print channels (in addition to designing, producing and fulfilling the actual socks themselves).

For the Association of Rice Alumni's most prestigious event of the year, I led the team that designed and delivered an elegant branded suite of materials designed to celebrate the honorees and drive registration.
